Note: 1. Before applying online, the candidate must have a scanned copy of his/her signature. Size of the scanned signature should be less than 20KB. The scanned signature must be .jpg, .gif or .png format.
Further, the candidate must have scanned documents
1) Scanned Copy of Essential Academic Qualifications and Matriculation Certificate showing Date of Birth and other relevant details,
(2) Scanned Copy of SC/BCA/BCB/EWS/ESP/ESM/DESM/DFF/PwD (Person with Disabilities) certificate alongwith Haryana domicile Certificate issued by competent authority
(3) Scanned copy of Certificate claiming weightage/marks under socio-economic criteria and experience alongwith Haryana domicile Certificate issued by competent authority
(4) Scanned copy of all documents showing higher qualification, experience etc. on which basis candidate claim marks
Certificate of the Masters level or above(if any).
(5) Scanned copy of OSP Certificate issued Sports & youth Affairs Department Haryana alongwith Haryana domicile Certificate issued by competent authority
Make a single combined pdf file of each document mentioned above before uploading and Size of pdf file to be uploaded should be less than
five hundred KB ( 500 KB ) .

The candidates have to apply only on-line till 11th August, 2020 up to 5:00 PM. and generate his/her registration number. Once his/her registration number is generated, he/she should get the print of the form. This allotted registration number slip will be used as identification slip. Candidates need not send any application/Documents by Post.
2. Step-I Applicant will be allotted online Registration Number printed on the acknowledgement slip containing the details (Registration number and Password). Candidates are advised to note their registration number and password immediately after generation by the system, keep it with him/her confidentially and should not share the same with anybody.
3. Step-II After filling the online application form (Step-I) completely, the candidate shall have to upload legible essential documents
4. Step-III After completing (Step-I) & (Step-II) completely, the candidate shall have to Take Print of Scrutiny Form .
5. In case the candidate fails to complete the any step(i.e. Step-I & Step-II ), then his/her Scrutiny Form automatically will be cancelled/ rejected and shall not be considered for further processing..
6. In case candidates feels that he/she has filled up the Scrutiny Form
erroneously, he/she should fill up a fresh Scrutiny Form. In
case of multiple registrations for the Scrutiny Form,
Scrutiny Form applied later will be accepted.
