1. Before applying online, the candidate must have a scanned copy of a self signed passport size photograph and his/her signature. Size of the scanned photograph and signature should be not be more than 20KB. The scanned photograph and signature must be .jpg, .gif or .png format.
Further, the candidate must have scanned documents of 1) Proof of Essential Qualification ,2)
DOB Certificate 3) Proof of Desirable Qualification 4) Reservation Certificate if Claimed (Make a single combined pdf file before uploading if you have multiple category)

2. The candidate must have an email id or a valid mobile number for applying online for post.
3. Step-I Applicant will be allotted online Registration Number printed on the acknowledgement slip containing the details (Registration number and Password). Candidates are advised to note their registration number and password immediately after generation by the system, keep it with him/her confidentially and should not share the same with anybody.
4. Step-II After filling the online application form (Step-I) completely, the candidate shall have to upload and submit legible essential documents
Kindly make sure that you have uploaded and submit documents correctly no editing/Uploading of document will be allowed.
5. Step-III After completing (Step-I) & (Step-II) completely, the candidate shall have to submit the application Fees.If fee is exempted/Nil,Candidate
shall have to take print out of the application.
6. In case the candidate fails to complete the any step(i.e. Step-I & Step-II & Step-III), then his/her application shall stand automatically cancelled/ rejected and shall not be considered for further processing.
7. The candidates have to apply only 'ONLINE' from
01 June,2021 till 15 July,2021 (upto 5:00 PM). After submitting the complete details a registration number is generated. Once the registration number is allotted to the applying candidate, he/she should take a printout of that form. This allotted registration number slip will be used as an identification slip at the time of written test/verification of documents , if called for. Candidates need not send any application /documents by post.
8. The allotted registration number is printed on the acknowledgement slip containing the details (Registration number and Password). The candidates are advised to note their registration number and password immediately after it is generated by the system and keeps with him/her confidentially. This should not be shared with anybody. CDAC Mohali shall not liable for any breach done by anyone using the registration number and password shared by the candidate.
9. The candidates have to pay an amount of Rs.500/- for General category/OBC
Category(Only male) candidates .No fees shall be payable by female candidates &
candidates belonging to SC, ST, PwD,ESM and CSIR employees.Candidate have to pay fee online through Credit/Debit Card/Net Banking of any bank after the submission of the application and Upload of essential documents.
10. The application fee is Non-refundable and the last date for Online submission of fee is
16 July, 2021 (Upto
5 PM) through
Credit/Debit Card/Net Banking of any bank .
11. In case the candidate fails to deposit the fee, his/her application shall stand automatically cancelled/ rejected and shall not be considered for further processing.
12. Candidates may apply for more than one post if eligible, by submitting separate application for each post along with separate prescribed fee.
13. Only On-line registered application forms will be entertained i.e. application sent by post / in person will not be entertained.
14. Candidates are advised to visit http://recruitment-portal.in and https://www.imtech.res.in/ website regularly for updates.
15. If by mistake, the candidate has filled in wrong data, he/she can correct the data
from 01 June,2021 till 15 July, 2021 (up to 5:00 PM).
For this purpose he/she has to login by entering his/her registration number and password. After that no editing will be done and thereafter data will be locked and no change will be acceptable/ allowed.
16. The registration slip will be generated after filing the online form. The candidate should take two copies of the printout of the registration slip .

18. The candidate will be responsible for any mistakes made by him/her in the on line application form,

19. The venue date and time of written test / verification of documents schedule will be available on the website http://recruitment-portal.in and https://www.imtech.res.in/ Candidates will not be informed individually about the result .
