IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS/ INFORMATION FOR APPLYING ONLINE
Note:
1. No fresh/New applicants/candidate can apply for the post of PTI, Cat No. 23 against Advertisement No. 6/2006, dated 20.07.2006, if applied candidature will be cancelled at any stage

2. Only those applicants can apply who had submitted application in response to the advertisement including those who were selected for the post of PTI, Cat No. 23 against Advertisement No. 6/2006, dated 20.07.2006

3. Before applying online, the candidate must have a scanned copy of a self signed passport size photograph and his/her signature. Size of the scanned photograph and signature should be less than 20KB. The scanned photograph and signature must be .jpg, .gif or .png format.

4.Please fill the information on registration form carefully.The following fileds are non-editable i.e Date of Birth and category.


Further, the candidate must have scanned documents
1) Scanned Copy of Essential Academic Qualifications and Matriculation Certificate showing Date of Birth and other relevant details
(2) Scanned Copy of SC-A, SC-B/BCA/BCB/ESM/DESM/DFF/Outstanding Sport Person certificate alongwith Haryana domicile Certificate issued by competent authority.
Make a single combined pdf file of each document mentioned above before uploading and Size of pdf file to be uploaded should be less than five hundred KB ( 500 KB ) .

1. The candidates have to apply only on-line on web-site http://recruitment-portal.in from 27th july 2020 to 29th July 2020 up to 05:00 PM. and generate his/her registration number. Once his/her registration number is generated, he/she should get the print of the form. This allotted registration number slip will be used as identification slip. Candidates need not send any application/Documents by Post.

2. Step-I Applicant will be allotted online Registration Number printed on the acknowledgement slip containing the details (Registration number and Password). Candidates are advised to note their registration number and password immediately after generation by the system, keep it with him/her confidentially and should not share the same with anybody.

3. Step-II After filling the online application form (Step-I) completely, the candidate shall have to upload legible essential documents and documents can be uploaded till 29th July,2020 upto 5:00 PM.

4. In case the candidate fails to complete the any step(i.e. Step-I & Step-II), then his/her application shall stand automatically cancelled/ rejected and shall not be considered for further processing..

5. After final submission of application form, no change will be allowed. Candidate will be responsible for any mistake in the data of application form.

6. In case candidate feels that he/she has filled up the form erroneously, he/she should fill up a fresh online application form before closing date and download the admit card there against only .

7. Candidates are advised to visit http://recruitment-portal.in/ website regularly for updates.

8. Only On-line application forms will be entertained i.e. application sent by post / in person will not be entertained.

9. The Registration slip will be generated after filing the online form. Get the printout (2 copies) of the Registration Slip

10. For any clarifications regarding the online filling of the application form, the candidate can call help-line numbers 0172-6619062 & 63 on all working days from 09:30 AM to 5:30 PM or email to recruitment-portal@cdac.in

11. Candidate will be responsible for any mistakes made by him/ her in the on line application form

12. No offline application form or copy of downloaded application form will be accepted by the Haryana Staff Selection Commission
