3) The application link will be open from 10 a.m on 01 Dec. 2020 to 5 p.m on 05 Jan 2021..
4) Online forms are to be filled by candidates themselves. No proxy applications are allowed.
5) Examination Fees is Rs 500/- (Five Hundred only)
Following will be applicable with no relaxation to any category of applicants.
(1) Only Punjab domicile Boys.
(2) Should be pursuing Matric(10th) of any Board.
(3) Date of birth SHOULD BE NOT BEFORE 02 JUL 2004
(4)Candidates should exhibit a perceptible desire to join the Armed Forces.
1)Examination will be held from 11:00 hrs to 13:00 hrs on 17th Jan 2021 at Mohali, Patiala and Jalandhar (centres may be added/cancelled depending upon the Number of candidates available). Details of the Centre will be intimated on the admit card. No TA, DA will be paid for appearing in the exam and subsequent tests/interview
2)Result of the written test will be available on http://recruitment-portal.in approximately a week after the written test.

2)The application can be filled online from 01 Dec 2020 till 05 Jan 2021 up to 5:00 PM
3)If any candidate has filled in any wrong/incorrect information, he is permitted to correct the same up to 5:00 PM of 06 Jan 2021 by entering his registration number and password. After 06 Jan 2021, no editing will be permitted and thereafter information will be locked. No further change or editing will be allowed after 06 Jan 2021.
4)Candidates are required to apply through online only, Latest passport size photographs with cross sign is required to be uploaded.Photo Should be in .jpg format and less than 512KB
5)On successful submission of the form, candidates are required to take the print out which will have registration number on it. CANDIDATES ARE ADVISED TO RETAIN THE PRINTED COPY OF THE FORM till completion of the admission process.
6)Fee for the application will be paid online through Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking till 06 Jan 2021

10)In case a candidate is unable to get the ‘PRINT OUT’ of the submitted form, he should re-try the same procedure again

12)The candidate can download their ADMIT CARDS by visiting the website http://recruitment-portal.in again by entering his registration number and password (Candidates are advised not to disclose the password to any one for data security) with effect from 12 Jan 2021. In case any candidate is unable to get the admit card, he must contact C-DAC Mohali personally or on helpline numbers two day before the said examination upto 5:00 PM, failing which department will not be held responsible
13)Candidates will be responsible for correctness of the information in the on-line application form. Maharaja Ranjit Singh AFPI or C-DAC shall not be responsible for any mistaken or incorrect entry made by the candidate
14)The examination will be held on 17 Jan 2021 at 11:00 hours.
15)Names of candidates called for interview will be available on http://afpipunjab.org & http://recruitment-portal.in. The date shall be announced separately on the C-DAC website.
16)The venue date and time of interview will be available on the website www.afpipunjab.org Candidates will not be informed individually about the result and interview schedule
17)Approx Number of Seats – 45 may be increased or decreased depending upon intake.
1)The candidates should reach the examination Centre two hour before the start of the examination. At the examination Centre, the candidate will be required to produce his admit card pasted with latest passport size photographs and duly attested by self alongwith identity proof (Aadhar Card/School identity Card signed by Principal).
CANDIDATES WITHOUT A VALID PHOTO IDENTITY PROOF WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO PARTICIPATE IN THE WRITTEN EXAMINATION.
2)The candidate must satisfy himself that he fulfills all the eligibility conditions for admission. Appearing in the examination and qualifying test does not entitle him for admission to the Institute. The selection will be subject to his being found eligible. Verification of original documents would be done at the time of interview which will be intimated only to successful candidates. The purpose would be to verify different records regarding identification, age qualifying examination & state of eligibility, of the candidates. On failing to establish, any of the documents at the time of interview the candidate will not be considered for admission.
3)The question paper will be of objective type. Questions will be in the ratio of 60:40 for maths and English respectively. Level of questions will be of Xth standard of CBSE. Answers are to be recorded on OMR sheet. The duration of the paper will be of TWO (2) hours. There will be NEGATIVE MARKING. Each right answer will carry FOUR marks and wrong answer MINUS ONE mark.
4)No candidate will be allowed to appear in the examination without admit card and identity proof in original.
5)Candidates should bring with them BLUE or BLACK Ball Pens. Books, written notes, calculators, mobile phones, smart watches and other electronic devices etc will not be permitted to be carried in the examination hall.
6)Candidate who have already passed Class 10 and are currently studying in Class 11 may also apply provided they meet the age criteria, however such and candidates will be required to repeat Class 11 if selected for admission to AFPI.
7)Allocation of Centres. Examination Centre will allotted to candidate by C-DAC, according to the availability/strength. No change in allotted Centre will normally be accepted once allotted by C- DAC

In view of Covid-19 all the candidates will wear face masks and observe the social distancing during the examination. Candidates may carry personal sanitizers in the transparent bottle and all SOP.s with reference to COVID-19 guidelines issued by Government shall be followed by all candidates.
